Reagen Lester
Reagen Tara Lester, age 24, departed this world on November 13, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter. She was born on March 4, 1999, in Welch, WV, to Rachel and the late Charles “Terry” Lester. Reagen graduated from George Washington High School in 2017, and briefly attended WVU before embarking on a journey that took her to Florida and back to West Virginia several times.
Reagen found a permanent home in West Virginia this year, where she purchased her first home shared with her companion, Brandon. Her infectious spirit, sense of humor, and a radiant inner light made her a beloved presence in the lives of those around her. Reagen had a deep connection with her family, cherishing moments with her niece Charlie and her dogs, Cash and Moola. Shopping and traveling with her mom were two of her favorite pastimes, especially since her mother paid for everything! Reagen’s unique spirit was complemented by her relentless pursuit of dreams. It was always a new adventure. She had courage. She would jump in a car and drive anywhere, in the bat of an eye. She was a lion with the heart of a lamb. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone that she touched. Everyone dies, but not all people really live, but Reagen lived her life to the fullest!!
Reagen was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Terry” Lester, grandparents Charles “Benny” and Ann Lester, and her aunt Amanda Little.
She is survived by her parents, Rachel and stepfather Chris Allred of South Charleston, her brothers TJ (Katie) Lester of Cross Lanes, Matthew (Tesla) Lester of Kanawha City, stepsister Bethany (Zeke) Milam of Seth, grandparents, David and Kathy Little of South Charleston and Cordell and Donna Allred of Julian.

I’m so sorry for you & your families loss Rachel. You & yours are in my prayers.
This is so sad for everyone who loved Reagen. I remember meeting her when she had was working at Adelphia restaurant in Charleston. She was so sweet and outgoing. My thoughts and prayers go to the family.
Reagan, little cousin I will forever cherish our family beach trips. My little buddy was the only one who would jump in the ocean and have fun with me. We would take our boogie boards and jump all the waves! We all would just joke around and have a ball! The good times! Side bar: “Y’all gonna use them plates”. I wish we all got to have more memories as we got older. Life pulls us one direction to another! I will cherish the ones we had! I hope you found peace! Fly high!
