COVID-19 – Precautions & Considerations (As of 3-24-20)

We Are Open: But There are Important Changes You Need to Know

Due to COVI-19 and the compliance with the state and federal request to shelter-in-home, we will be reducing our office hours to Monday through Friday from 9:00am to Noon—by appointment only. Memorial Services will be limited to 10 friends or family members. We also have the ability to postpone the memorial service to a later date—and we will have streaming video options as well for families who are interested. There will be no extra fee for the streaming video service if that is requested. We are doing everything we can to help your family at this difficult time.

PLEASE NOTE: We are providing essential services to our community. If a death occurs, call our office at 304-768-7324 and one of our staff will call you back and / or meet with you at our office as needed. In the event that you do need us you can reach us 24 hours a day.

Please know that we will be here for you in your time of need. We are doing everything we can to protect our employees and community—but we are OPEN, and just a call away. Thank you for your understanding and don’t hesitate to call if you need us—304-768-7324.

We want you to know that your health and safety are important to us. We have added extra hand sanitizer throughout our funeral home and will be encouraging you to “share a smile” rather than a handshake. If you are sick, we would ask that you share your condolences online via our Facebook page or website—rather than coming in person. You can also send flowers or phone the family to share your condolences. This is a difficult situation for all of us, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding during this especially difficult time. You can watch our COVID-19 Message here.
