Denzil Ray Thevenin, 71, of St. Albans, WV, passed away on November 16, 2023, at Hubbard Hospice House.

Ray, a lifelong resident of St. Albans, retired from Krogers.  He had previously owned a floor cleaning business, a car wash, and an auto part store.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Haymer and Helen Gibson; brother, Bill Gibson; and sisters, Wanda Gibson and Debi Gibson-Arthur.  He is survived by his sister, Barbara Criner (Dayton); niece, Jilli Arthur; brother-in-law, Scott Arthur; and friend, Erma Clark.

A service to Honor the Life of Ray will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Snodgrass Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
