Nancy Osborne Frame

Nancy Lynn (Osborne) Frame, 84 of Charleston, West Virginia went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2026. Her loss was unexpected, and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on April 25, 1942. She attended Charleston High School and went to work at 7-Up Bottling Company where she met the love of her life Sammy.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Samuel Allen Frame, her parents Eddie and Ruth Osborne, son Clinton Allen Frame, brother-in-law Dennis Grey, and nephew Mark Bradford. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Sandra Keener of Belle and Betsy Chapman (Keith) of Elkview, grandchildren Christopher Keener, Brittini Frame, Jeffrey Dozier, Brookelynn Dozier,  Abbegail Thaxton, and great-grandchildren Emma Grayce McDougal, Tanner Allen McDougal, and Dawson Samuel Mayes. She is also survived by her sister Patricia Grey of Sierra Vista AZ, nephew John Bradford, niece and great-niece Lori and Bella Bruns, and sister-in-law Sherry Pastine.

She was an active and dedicated member of Elk Hills Presbyterian Church after her beloved church Westminster Presbyterian closed after more than 75 years, where she was the longest living member. She worked hard her entire life supporting her family and taking care of her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother and a kind, sweet soul who worked tirelessly to give to her family and her church. She worked at 7-up Bottling Company, Sears, and the West Virginia Motor Truck Association. After retiring from the Truck Association, she went to work at Sneed’s Vacuum and Sewing part-time as their bookkeeper.

She loved spending time with her family, bowling, going camping, traveling across the country, and gathering together with her family every week to quilt.
