Hayden Blake Burns, preterm infant son of Alexis Slater and Jacob Burns passed away on December 17, 2023.

He is also survived by, sister, Delilah Allagas; maternal grandmother, Amber Slater; paternal grandparents, Steve and Tiffany Burns; maternal great grandparents, Warren and Priscilla Slater; paternal great grandparents, Cameron and Twylla Bays; maternal great aunt and uncle, Ashley “Sissy” and Steven Coldwell; paternal great aunts Cassy Bays and Kaylla Bays; and many other relatives.

The family will have a service at 1:00 pm on Saturday December 23, 2023 at Cunningham Memorial Park, lower mausoleum chapel.
