Our family worshipped with Dawn in the 1980’s and 90’s at Redeemer Lutheran Church in South Charleston. Dawn had a servant’s heart and she served faithfully almost every week in providing or serving refreshments after the service or during Vacation Bible School.
Dawn was a special person who always helped at the church in every possible way. She was very mindful of every members birthday and was always there to greet you with a birthday card as you walked through the entrance doors Sunday morning. I have never had that happen before at any other church and will never forget it! Now rest well Dawn, you are a great and faithful servant of Gods. I’ll see you later sweet lady.
