Anna M. Snowden, 68, of Bandytown, WV passed away on June 25, 2026.

She was born on May 20, 1958 in Bowling Green, OH.

Anna worked in many occupations and had many skills, including but not limited to: truck driver, employee at Underwriters Laboratories, professional rabble-rouser, and diabolical debater.

Daughter to Anna Mae Rife & Bernard Eldridge Snowden & Roberta Snowden.

Mother to three children – Rodney, Michael, and Carrie.

Grandmother to four grandchildren – Anna, Ethan, Cash, and Sierra.

Sister to her siblings – Clarence, Debbie, Kathy, Bernie, Randall, and Fred.

Aunt, cousin, and friend to a host of others.

Loyal friend. Fierce parent. Strong and stubborn. Original to the end.

The family will hold a memorial service/celebration of life at a later date in Boone County.
