Daniel Lee Lacy, 40, of Saint Albans, passed away August 25, 2026, from a sudden illness. Danny was born April 19^th, 1986, in Charleston, West Virginia. He was a CDL driver for Greens Building Products, where he took great pride in his work. He coached Little League baseball, softball, and football in South Charleston for many years. Danny loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and his Fantasy Football leagues. He was preceded in death by his Uncle Donald Jarrell, as well as several other grandparents and loved ones. He is survived by his wife Brittany Lacy, Daughter Brooke Lacy, Son Zack Lacy, and Daughter at heart Kaylie Pace. His Mother Donna Christie; Father, John (Mick) Prouse; Dad, Ronald Lacy; Stepmothers, Avery and Trina; Stepfather John Christie. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Teresa Pring; Father-in-law, Brian Torman; Brother Brent Prouse, his wife Brittney, and their son Maverick; Brother Christian Prouse; Sister Paige Prouse and their children; as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, September 3rd, 7:00 PM at Snodgrass Funeral Home with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service.
