Pamela Diane Hall, 72 of St. Albans, WV passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV. She was born on October 14, 1953, in Charleston, WV and was the daughter of the late Virgil Earl Holstein and Phyllis Louise Goodall.

She was a passionate motorcycle enthusiast. Above all, she cherished her family and friends, finding her greatest joy in the time spent with those she loved. She was also a dedicated employee of Avis Car Rental, from which she retired from.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mindee Hall; partner of twenty-seven years, Rodney Meador; and brother, Lewis Holstein.

She is survived by her son, Alan Hall, II of Olive Hill, KY; sisters, Betty Jo Simpson of St. Albans, WV, and Sheila Bair of Troy, OH; grandchildren, Thaira Wines of Hurricane, WV, Tyrini Hutson, Breanna Cross of Hurricane, WV, Taylor Hall of Hurricane, WV, Jacob Hall (USAF) of South Korea, Nicholas Hall of St. Albans, WV, and Kyleer Keener of Clay, WV; and thirteen great grandchildren.

A service to honor the life of Pamela will be held at 3:00 pm Monday, April 27, 2026, at Snodgrass Funeral Home in South Charleston, WV.

Friends may gather with the family two hours prior to the memorial service at 1:00 pm.
