Paula Lynn Miller

Paula Lynn Miller, 64, of Saint Albans, West Virginia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 26, 2023. Her life is best described by the words of Proverbs 3:15-18, “She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed.”

Paula devoted her life to being a loving wife, wonderful mother, and creating precious memories with her grandchildren. She is best remembered for her passionate love for others, selfless service, and nurturing spirit, that impacted the hearts of everyone she encountered. Her life was devoted to serving her Lord Jesus Christ, caring and compassionate love for her family, and creating life experiences that would forever touch the lives of others.

Paula was preceded in death by her mother, Margie F. Stump, her father, Paul E. Stump, sister, Deborah Eplin, and brother, Jack Stump. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert (Bob) A. Miller Jr.; brother, Paul Stump (Carolyn); brother in-law, Bert Eplin (Betty); daughters: Amber Moore (Sam), Kristin Scott (Marcus), and Malissa Miller (Carl); grandchildren: Eli, Eva, Mason, and Ella; her nephews, Craig Stump and Paul Stump; niece, Beth Stansbury; and her very special neighbor and friend, Annie Carr.

A Celebration of Life to honor Paula will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church, with Rev. Chuck Rhodes officiating. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 5028 Kentucky Street, South Charleston, WV, 25309.
