Paul Rhoades Minigh
Paul Rhoades Minigh, age 53, of Poca, passed away at his residence on March 28, 2023.
He was born on December 13, 1969 in Charleston, son of the late Constance Gresham Minigh and Earl R. Minigh.
Paul is survived by one daughter, Emma Minigh of Dripping Springs, TX; son Paul K. Minigh ( Kelsey) of New Braunfels; grandchildren, Alexandra, Luke, Trey and Maverick; sisters, Pamela Minigh and Susan Rice; and brother David Minigh.
There will be no service. He will be buried in Philips Cemetery, Dripping Springs, TX.

I just heard about this and wanted to pass on my condolences to Paul’s family. He moved to richmond when we all were in high school and man did we have a blast! He immediately integrated with our group and I think most of us lived at his house cause his mom was amazing. I left for the military first and then Paul and others followed. We lot touch through the years and then my time in TX we chatted some as social media started to take off. Then over years lost touch again, and then I moved back home to richmond last summer after being gone for 35 years and heard Paul was back in WV. And as life does, consumes us with our family and issues and forget about things and then I get the message about Paul 8 months late. Just sad, Paul always saw the best in everyone. Best to the family and sure he’s making people happy wherever we all end up!
