Louise Ann Rinehart

Louise Ann Rinehart, 85, of South Charleston, WV passed away November 20th at CAMC. Ann has journeyed to heaven to be with her beloved husband Oliver N. Rinehart, son Stephen L. Rinehart; brothers: George C. Newcome, Edgar Newcome; sisters: Mary M. Middaugh, Nan Goodman, Virginia Loar; parents: George C Newcome, and Blanch Poe Newcome.
Ann was born in Grafton, WV. Ann and her twin sister Nan were the babies of the family. Ann graduated from what is now the WVU School of Nursing. Ann retired from CAMC as a nurse and administrator. Ann was a long time member of the Rock Lake Presbyterian Church, an avid amateur radio enthusiast (KA8ZGY), member and officer of the WV State Amateur Radio Council and Kanawha Amateur Radio Club. Ann enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.

Herbert Abdalla

On November 16, 2020, Herbert Hoover Abdalla, age 91, joined his beloved wife Leah in God’s eternal kingdom. Born to Lebanese immigrant parents, he was named after the President of the US in 1929.

Mary L. Shuff

Mary L. Shuff, age 90, of South Charleston passed away Saturday November 14, 2020.
She was born on April 22, 1930 in Charleston, daughter of the late Foster and Lillian Oakes.  She was  also preceded in death by her husband, Murphy Shuff and brother, Dick Oakes.

John DeRoo

John Louis De Roo, 90, of Charleston, has journeyed to heaven to be with his beloved wife, Mary Virginia, on November 13, 2020, after a brief illness.  John was a devoted husband and beloved father of Lawrence, Mary Ellen, and Diane.  John was a man of great faith, always with a song in his heart and a whistle on his lips.  He had a pleasant greeting for anyone who ever crossed his path, the gentlest and kindest man many have ever known.

Cecil Eller

n Saturday, November 14, 2020, Cecil Dennis Eller, faithful husband and loving father, lost his fight to COVID-19 at age 78 in CAMC Memorial Hospital.
Cecil was born on March 19, 1942 in Hemp Hill, WV to Bon and Nell Eller.  He was a graduate of Pineville High School class of 1959 and received his bachelor’s degree from Morris Harvey. Cecil had the Eller Insurance Agency for 55 years and worked up until the day he got sick. He was happily married to the love of his life Kackie Sherman Eller for 59 years.  They raised two children, Lisa Katherine Stalvey and Christopher Keith Eller which he adored.

Margaret Breedlove

Margaret Anna Breedlove, age 89, of Charleston, passed away Thursday November 12, 2020 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness.
Her husband, Richard preceded her in death.

Eliza Ballard

Eliza G. Ballard, of Loudendale, passed away Wednesday November 4, 2020 at CAMC Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
She was born on September 17, 1954 in Stevens Point, WI, daughter of the late Elrozma and Elvera Garza. She is also preceded in death by her son Leonard Newfrey“Peanut”,  Betro, Jr. 2 brothers and a sister.

Joan R. Casto

Joan Rose Casto passed from this life to the next, in the care of her family, October 15, 2020. Born February 13, 1933 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Joan grew up in farming county, served in the military, married, and raised four children, and earned two degrees in higher education.

Michael Nichols

Michael Allen Nichols, 63, of Gandeeville, WV, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020. He is the son of the late Rex and Lucy Nichols. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Kay Foster and Catherine Kizer; and two son-in-laws, Shawn Lee Fields and Gary Lee Taylor.
He was a retired landscaper.

Helen Miller

Helen Miller, 80, of St. Albans, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020.
Helen was born on April 20, 1940 and raised in Crum, WV. Helen loved sales and was a self-employed shop keeper. She loved people, most of all her family and enjoyed helping others when needed.
