Dale Robert Dent, age 62, of Dunbar passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Dale was born in South Charleston to Patsy Maynor and the late Allen Ross Dent.
He was preceded in death by his step father, Woodson Akers.

Dale was a 1978 graduate of South Charleston High School and attended West
Virginia State University. Dale has been a car salesman for over 30 years and
made many friends along the way. He loved NASCAR, hunting, playing cornhole
and spending time with his grandchildren.

Dale is survived by his mother Patsy; wife, Teresa; daughters, Briana and Holli;
brother, Dirk (Pam); step brothers Tim, Frank, & Rusty; step sister, Joni; and
grandchildren, Lexi, Brock, & Liam; niece, Cristen; nephew, Creighton; as well as a host of other family and friends.

A service to honor Dale’s life will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday October 24, 2022
2022, at Snodgrass Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Hudson officiating. The family
will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
