Connie Rollins
Connie L. Rollins, Age 88, of South Charleston passed away on February 8, 2024 at Hubbard Hospice House at Thomas.
She was a 1953 graduate of South Charleston HS and was long retired with 30 years of service from C&P telephone company. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church of South Charleston WV.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was an avid golfer, enjoyed playing bridge and family card games. She enjoyed spending time at their house in Myrtle Beach, and was active in the Carbide women’s golf league.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Rollins of 59 years; father, Kelly Hill; mother, Bobbie Hill; daughter, Cathy Ayersman; granddaughter, Kelly Jo Burnette.
Connie is survived by son & daughter in law, Jeff and Carol Rollins; granddaughters, Nikki Batty, Casey Rollins, Hannah Ayersman; great granddaughter, Hayden Batty; many nieces and nephews.
Services to honor life of Connie Rollins will be held at 1:00pm on Monday Feb. 12th 2024 at Snodgrass Funeral Home in South Charleston, WV with Ginna Taylor of First Presbyterian of South Charleston. Official burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park. Family and friends may visit from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Snodgrass Funeral Home in South Charleston.
