Jackie Glen Stevens, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 in Asterion Acres in Tucson, Arizona where he had been a most recent resident. He was born on August 3, 1955 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Jo Ann Allinder Stevens and Rev. Olyn S. Stevens.

He graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in Charleston. He was a semi-driver for most of his life, being an owner-operator and company driver for many years. In 1987 he was distinguished as the High-Miler of the Year for Carter Express, Inc. and driven more than a few million miles in his career.

He enjoyed giving back to the communities and children when he was a younger man by coaching t-ball and little league at Mid-Western Little League in Charleston, even though he had no children participating. He also coached pee-wee football and little league for the Black Knights in St. Albans where his children participated, also coaching Pendleton Little League in Pendleton, IN.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Kevin M. Stevens (Ana), Brian G. Stevens (Shana), Charles E. Stevens, and Christopher S. Stevens (Carissa); grandchildren, Stefanee McLaughlin, Kevin M. Stevens, Austin Stevens, Sierra Stevens, Sydnie Stevens, Nicholas Stevens, and James Stevens. Jackie is also survived by his siblings, Jerry Stevens (Bev), Rene Clark (Eddie), Marlene Kidd (Dwight) and Mark Stevens (Diane). He also leaves great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews along with many years of trucking buddies and friends who he considered extended family.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 am to 12:00 Noon, Friday, January 2, 2026 at Snodgrass Funeral Home, South Charleston. A graveside service will follow in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
