Jerrold K. Fizer, 81, of South Charleston, WV, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, at CAMC Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.

Jerrold was born on April 13, 1944, in Pinch, WV, and was the son of the late Daniel and Mary Fizer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. Fizer; and also, his sisters, Mary Sue Tolley and Jane Merritt; and brothers, Danny, David, Buster, and Roger Fizer.

Jerrold was a simple man who liked fishing and visiting with friends. He was fond of all foods, WVU Football, and the Washington Commanders. He was most proud of his granddaughter and her accomplishments.

Jerrold is survived by his daughter, Connie Fizer (Mark Mason); granddaughter, Kayla Mason, of Wheeling, WV; brother, Joe Fizer of Sissonville; many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Snodgrass Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until service time.
