Barbara Ann Schramm, 91, of Charleston, WV, passed away on March 15, 2025.

She was born on September 24, 1933 to the late Dr. Robert E. and Evelyn Baer. Along with her parents, preceding her was her sister, Carolyn Haught and brother, Robert E. Baer, Jr.

Barbara was a school librarian at Piedmont Elementary and was a member of the Baptist Temple.

Surviving children, Elizabeth Schramm and Robert “Bart” Schramm (Cathy); grandchildren, Julie Isaacs, Heather LaRouere, and Scott Schramm; six great grandchildren.

A memorial service to Honor the Life of Barbara will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, April 14, 2025 at the Baptist Temple in Charleston, WV. Friends may visit from 10:00 am to 11:00 at the church.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests you give a child a book or donate your money to the local public library.
