We were so fortunate to have so many wonderful memories, partying at the Osborne house almost every weekend in the summer, spending every Christmas Eve together, hanging out at Windermere pool all summer, swim team, going to WVU at the same time…meeting every Christmas season at the Embassy for a family get together…..you will be missed Billy….we love you and pray you will rest in peace….
Gonna miss you Bilbo!! Bill was a part of uncountable fun times in my life and a number of important times. Fly high and happy forever Bill!!
So sorry to hear about Billy – a low key “Fort Hill” guy with a great sense of humor. Thinking of all you Osbornes.
Love this picture of Bill…..I’ve seen the look. He always made me laugh with his dry and quick humor. He is keeping those up above in good humor. May he rest in peace.♥️
