Paula Sue Mouring age 74 of St. Albans went home to be with the Lord on March 26, 2026 after a long illness.  Paula was a born again Christian, a graduate of St. Albans High School class of 1969.  She was retired from the State of West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Stachia Mouring, sister Gertrude Francis.  She is survived by her spouse  of 42 years Mikeal Potter of St. Albans, sister Jo Ann Greene of Loudendale, Rose and Rick Leachman Patty and Amanda Taylor and Milton Taylor and Francis Potter and Doug of Georgia and many cousins and friends.  Paula loved to yard sale, her ceramics, fishing and her flowers and her beautiful yard.  There will be no visitation.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
