Barbara Lee Haley
Barbara Lee Haley, age 72, 0f Dunbar, passed away Wednesday December 24, 2025 at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
She was born on January 13, 1953 in Charleston, daughter of the late Stephen and Pauline Davis Haley. She was a 1970 graduate of Dunbar High School. She attended the University of Charleston, Marshall University and West Virginia State University and earned a degree in accounting. She was the Vice President of Kanawha Valley Restaurant Service.
Barbara is survived by her devoted husband, of 32 years, Jerry Lee Baldwin of Dunbar and her sister Beverly, and husband John Mairs, of Charleston.
A service to honor the life of Barbara will be held at 11:00 am on Monday January 5, 2026 at Basilica of the Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral with Father Donald X. Higgs officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.

Barbara and Beverly were my best childhood friends. We had so much fun together. I was told that that there are old films taken of us as children, but I have never been able to locate them through their family. I would love to see them if they are ever found. My mother was very good friends with their mother, Pauline, as well.

So sorry for the loss of Barbara. We were neighbors when we were kids. Barbara was so cute and so much fun! Pauline was so kind to all of us neighborhood kids who used to hang out with Beverly and Barbara in their driveway. Thoughts and prayers for you, Beverly. May happy memories be with you always.
