Uncle Johnny….or uncle George to me… (one time I forgot his name & uncle George nickname stuck) Was honestly the BEST uncle anyone could ask for. Kind, caring, fun & funny! I have wonderful memories of white water rafting, sitting in the hot tub star gazing, holidays in Europe and general laughter! You’ll be missed by so many but never forgotten as we’ll talk about you often & tell eachother stories about you and the great man you were & the great times we had! Love you always!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. May your memories be a blessing in the days to come. Rest in Peace Johnny!
best man at my wedding and a long time friend. Didn’t get together much the last 10 years, , but had a lot of great times and adventures the previous 50 years on land , sea, and air. I’ll miss that we don’t have that opportunity again.
Dear Kathy and Family, Although time has a way of separating us physically, the memories of our times together are as vivid as if it were yesterday. We asked Johnny to be godfather to our daughter knowing what a beautiful person he was . My daughter told me she still has the bank he gave her . From the time we were teens to sharing family experiences, we considered him part of our life. Weddings, births, vacations, all are times we will cherish as shared moments. Everyone who knew Johnny loved time spent with him. He taught me to make a grilled cheese sandwich and we shared many meals together. He loved my cabbage rolls and always wanted to know if I was making them. I hope the knowledge of how much he was loved brings his family some solace.
Will miss running into Johnny at the post office. Seemed his usual self the other day. Great Guy!!! My Best to the family
