She was born in Helen, WV to the late Robert and Olivia Smith Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Carl Stover.
Norman Louis Pennington, 90, of Charleston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2020. Norman was the seventh child born to the late Everett and Martha Mae (Scragg) Pennington on January 7, 1930 in Charleston, WV. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by older brothers, Ray and Ernest; older sisters, Louise, Ruby and Juanita.

Jackie L. McComas Procknaw, 75, of South Charleston, WV passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Riverside Nursing Home.

John was born April 30, 1987 in Boston, MA, son of the late Thomas James Wallace and Gaytha Schneider. He is also preceded in death by his step father, Thomas Schneider.
Wayne Leon Edds, age 74, of South Charleston passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born June 13, 1945 in Rupert, WV, son of the late Donald and Maxine Edds. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Donald K. Edds.
Otis G. Stiwinter, 86, of Charleston, WV passed away June 7, 2020 shortly after his diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
Otis was born in Franklin, NC on February 13, 1934. Following graduation from Franklin High School, he attended Georgia Institute of Technology and later served in the Army as a microwave communications specialist. Upon leaving the Army, Otis was employed by Burroughs Corporation as a Field Engineer for mainframe computers. He remained with Burroughs for 31 years, mostly in service management.
Sherri Lynn Hinkle Rankin was born on July 26, 1953 in Charleston, WV. She gained her angel wings, Monday, June 8, 2020 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, ICU. She will no longer know pain and suffering. She fought a long hard battle with Multiple Myeloma for the last 15 years.

Scott was born March 10, 1969 in Charleston, WV to Nancy Nichols of South Charleston, and the late Wilmer “Whimp” Nichols, Sr. He is also preceded in death by his sister Terri K. Nichols.
