Hazel May Griffith, 85, of St. Albans, was called home on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Riverside Health and Rehab Center, St. Albans. She was born the 4th of five children to the late Rev. Luther and Nellie Whitman and graduated from Nuttall High School in Fayette County.

Mona Joye Presley, 82, of Thaxton, VA, formerly of South Charleston, passed away on March 30, 2018 at home. She was born and raised in Kanawha Valley and graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School (member of GAA).  She worked at Alleghany Energy (First Energy, Mountaineer Gas, United Fuel) for 34 years.

Lucille McFann

Lucille McFann, 89, of Charleston, passed away on March 29, 2018. She was born in Fairfield, Illinois to the late Roy and Bertha Floyd. She was a member of Southeast Church of the Nazarene in Kanawha City.  She retired from CAMC Memorial Hospital in the Laundry Department with 25 years of service.

Norma Jean Seested, 84, of Charleston, passed away on March 21, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House West after as short illness. She was born on February 3, 1934 to the late George and Opal Warner Noble in West Union, West Virginia.  She was married to the late Lloyd Victor Seested on October 20, 1973 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Marie Antoinette LeBleu Jones, 81, of St. Albans, went home to be with the Lord on March 18, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House West in South Charleston.  She made her journey peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  Marie was born March 13, 1937 in Charleston and was a lifelong resident of St. Albans.

Robert Walter Davies

Robert Walter Davies, 93, of Charleston, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House West. He was born on January 26, 1925 to the late David G. and Mabel U. Davies in Morgantown, WV.  He served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
